Refund Policy
We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients. We should state that any user who plays the game is aware of all the rules and understands how the game works. The company will not be responsible for any loss to any player due to a lack of playing skills or knowledge of the rules of the game for the customers. Loss of game will not be considered as a reason for cancellation and refund if the chips are added and games have been successfully completed.

Transactions to transfer money to exchange chips to your Evorummy app account have to be made through
third-party payment gateways. Evorummy is not responsible for the denial or rejection of any transactions as
they are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party payment gateways. We have the right to cancel
a transaction at any point of time solely according to our discretion in which case if the payment is
successful, then the transaction will be reversed, and the money credited back to your payment
instrument.
To act one cancellation, you may take steps as follows:
1. You could contact customer service via the email(see contact us) to describe the content as detailed as
possible.
2. The customer service staff will reply you as soon as possible and actively assist in confirming the
problem.
3. If your problem is confirmed. We will initiate a cancellation for you.
Once cancelled, and you were billed for it, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which
depends on your original payment method:
• If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five working days
of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions
about when the credit will be posted to your account.
• If paid by UPI or Wallet, refunds will be sent to original account within three working days once requests
are submitted to concerned institutions.
In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
Refund policy
In cases of accidental or erroneous cash credits to any party, user or company, we can independently or you
can request for a refund within 2 workings days of initiating the transaction. Evorummy will process the
refund if it is a genuine case of accidental or erroneous cash credit, which is clear from your request or
after our own independent investigation. The refund amount will be credited within one week to the financial
instrument/platform that was used to make the corresponding transaction.
If under follow conditions, you could request refund:
1. Your payment is successful but not received game chips in the app.
2. Due to app technology problems, it can not provide game services for a long time.
3. Due to payment loopholes, you pay repeatedly for the same order.
You could take steps as follows to request refund:

possible.
2. The customer service staff will reply you as soon as possible and actively assist in solving the
problem.
3. If your problem is not properly resolved. We will initiate a refund for you.
Once order returned, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which depends on your
original payment method:
• If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five working days

The following scenarios you can't refund:
1. Chips have arrived, and you have consumed part of them.
2. Payment time over 3 days.
3. There is clear evidence that you cheat in the game and cause harm to other players, so limit your trading.
We may collect your location based information for the purpose of providing you with the correct version of the application. We will not share this information with any third party. In addition, we create a unique user ID to track your use of our Service. This unique user ID is stored in connection with your profile information to track the Evorummy you are playing.
